Invitation for Quotations (Open RFQs)

Directorate of SZABIST ZABTech invites sealed quotations from reputable, experienced, and tax-registered manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and service providers for the supply of goods and services under multiple Open Requests for Quotations (RFQs).

Interested firms are requested to review the RFQ documents, including technical specifications, quantities, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, delivery locations, and submission deadlines, available at the following Google Drive link:

Scope of Supply

The procurement covers various goods and services required for the Directorate of SZABIST ZABTech and its chapters/projects. Vendors may submit quotations for one or more RFQs relevant to their business.

Eligibility Criteria

• Valid NTN and applicable Sales Tax Registration.

• Active Taxpayer Status (ATL).

• Relevant experience in the respective field.

• Quotations must be be submitted on the firm's official letterhead, duly signed and stamped.

• Compliance with the specifications, terms, and conditions mentioned in the respective RFQ.

Submission of Quotations

Interested vendors shall submit their quotations in accordance with the instructions and submission deadlines specified in the respective RFQ documents. Late, incomplete, or conditional quotations may not be entertained.

Delivery / Dispatch Locations

The delivery/dispatch location(s), quantities, technical specifications, and required delivery timelines are specified in the respective RFQ documents. Vendors are advised to review the relevant RFQ carefully before submitting their quotations.
