EQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Directorate of SZABIST ZABTech invites quotations from eligible and qualified vendors for the supply of the following items for GPI Mehar, District Dadu, Sindh.

1. RFQ-MHR-25-26-01-007

Title: Provide and Supply of Dress Making Trade Equipment
Delivery Location: SZABIST ZABTech GPI Mehar, Near Degree College Mehar, District Dadu, Sindh.

2. RFQ-MHR-25-26-09-008

Title: Provide & Supply Equipment of Fashion Design
Delivery Location: SZABIST ZABTech GPI Mehar, Near Degree College Mehar, District Dadu, Sindh.

3. RFQ-MHR-25-26-09-011

Title: Provide and Supply of Furniture and Other Equipment
Delivery Location: SZABIST GPI Mehar, Main Road, near Government Degree College Mehar.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements

• Only FBR-registered vendors are eligible.

• Relevant experience in supplying similar goods/services will be preferred.

• Quotations must be submitted on the vendor's company letterhead, duly signed and stamped.

• Quotation must include NTN/STRN, address, contact details, unit price, total price including applicable taxes, delivery charges, and quotation validity as specified in the respective RFQ.

• All quoted prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Quotations may be submitted through the vendor's official email. Where no official email is available, physical submission is required.

• Delivery is required within one week of issuance of PO, unless otherwise approved in writing.

• Vendors not registered with SZABIST ZABTech are required to complete the Vendor Prequalification Form.
