The objective of this process is to establish a pool of qualified vendors for the provision of goods and services required for Shifa Foundation’s programs and operations across Pakistan.

Applications will be evaluated based on, but not limited to:

• Legal status & registration

• Financial soundness

• Relevant experience

• Technical capability & resources

• Client references & past performance

• Geographical coverage

• Non-blacklisting affidavit

• Completeness of documentation
