Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree from HEC Recognized Institution (LLB preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas or energy-related industries will be a strong advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:.
- Assist respective Section Head / Head of Department in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures across departments.
- Assist in facility operations, including coordination of repairs, sanitation, horticulture, and inventory management.
- Assist in organizing official functions and manage logistics for employee accommodation, rest houses, and internal events.
- Assist in coordination with government offices for renewals, NOCs, and documentation under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining records related to land and compensation matters.
- Assist in managing and coordinating responses during emergencies.
- Assist in ensuring timely follow-up on license renewals.
- Maintain administrative files, registers, and correspondence logs.
- Assist in staff onboarding, travel arrangements etc.
