We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Handler to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and curating content, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance to improve reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster community engagement.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned posts.
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Skills:
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
