Sales Executives:

• At least Bachelors in with 3~4 Years of retail Sales Experience (Preferably Paint) or FMCG, Construction, Lubricants industry
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling, to expand customer base and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet them.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
