Shifa Foundation invites sealed bids and e-tenders from registered suppliers/vendors/companies for the supply of the following items:

• USB Drive (32GB) – with custom logo printing
• Thermal Bottle – stainless steel with laser-engraved logo
• Diary – minimum 100 pages with UV printed cover
• Coffee Mug – ceramic with custom logo
• Metal Pen – laser-engraved logo
• Rigid Box – embossed logo with foam base
• Tote Bag – 14” x 16” (canvas/cotton)

• Diary – UV printed cover (min. 100 pages)
• Metal Pen – laser-engraved logo
• USB Drive (32GB) – custom logo
• Coffee Mug – custom logo
• Rigid Box – embossed logo with foam base
• Ribbon & Packing – printed ribbon with plastic wrapping

3. Souvenir Items

• P-Cap: Premium cotton twill, embroidered branding
• T-Shirts: 100% cotton (180–220 GSM or above)
• Jackets/Vests: Cotton utility/safari style with multiple pockets
• Water Bottles: Stainless steel, insulated (hot/cold)
• Corporate Digital Diary: Integrated power bank, USB, wireless charging

• Deadline for submission: May 5, 2026 (5:00 PM)
• Late submissions will not be entertained.
• Sample submission (mandatory): May 6, 2026 (5:00 PM)
• Delivery timeline:
  • 50% within 3 days of Purchase Order
  • Remaining 50% within next 3 days
• Delivery locations:
  • ISD Office Karachi East
  • Head Office Islamabad
• Rates must include all applicable taxes (WHT + GST).
• Quotation validity: 21 working days
• Payment: Within 20 working days via cross cheque
• Shifa Foundation reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
