💼 We’re Hiring: Urgnet Requirement of Accountant – Client & Vendor Billing

MarCom (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading advertising & media agency, is looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant to manage end-to-end client invoicing and vendor billing operations.

This is a core accounts role requiring ownership, accuracy, and strong coordination across teams and external stakeholders.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete client invoicing cycle (initiation to payment follow-ups)
• Handle vendor billing, verification, and payment coordination
• Perform media billing reconciliation with TV, print & digital partners
• Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with Client Servicing & Media teams for billing accuracy
• Track receivables & payables and report to management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts/billing
• Strong command of MS Excel and financial record-keeping
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

⭐ Preferred Profile

• Candidates based in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Barakahu, Bani Gala, or adjacent areas
• Prior experience in an advertising or media agency
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end client & vendor billing
• Familiarity with PID & DGPR billing procedures
• Working knowledge of FBR Digital Invoicing system will be an added advantage
