Role Purpose:
- Manage and support the organization's IT systems, infrastructure, and electronic data operations
- Plan, organize, and evaluate IT operations to ensure smooth and efficient technology performance
- Design, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures across departments
- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Maintain and support MIS portals and assist in MIS-related tasks and reporting
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
Job Description:
- Plan, design, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Ensure regular data and server backups and maintain data integrity and security
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Maintain, update, and enhance existing MIS portals based on user and operational requirements
- Generate, analyze, and distribute MIS reports to management and relevant departments
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and technical services
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and document IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions
- Support cross-departmental IT needs and assist in IT-related projects and budget monitoring
